Request deletion of your GIGI Squad account
You can permanently delete your GIGI Squad account and personal data at any time, using either method below. Deletion applies to your account with Softaims, the developer of GIGI.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
If you can still sign in, deleting from inside the app is immediate.
- 1Open the GIGI app and sign in.
- 2Go to Settings.
- 3Tap "Delete Account".
- 4Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we'll handle it. We may ask you to verify your identity, and we respond within 30 days.

What gets deleted
When your account is deleted it is deactivated and made inaccessible immediately, and the following personal data is permanently purged from our systems within 90 days:
- Account and profile data (email, display name, profile picture)
- Pairing records and pairing PINs
- Call history and call metadata
- Presence / last-active data (cleared immediately)
- Push notification tokens (cleared immediately)
A limited amount of data may be retained only where required for security, support, or legal reasons:
We do not record or store the audio or video content of calls, so none is kept. Encrypted database backups may persist for a short period under our cloud provider's standard backup cycle before being overwritten. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
